Spoleto USA hired me as a Resident venue ALD at the Gilliard Performance Hall in Charleston, SC. During my time there, I had the opportunity to assist Tony Award-winning lighting designer Christopher Akerlind in remounting his production of Vanessa, which had its original run at the Santa Fe Opera in 2016. I also had the opportunity to design the orchestra concerts that we rotated through during the performances of Vanessa.
